What’s the cost?
All claims are processed in house.

We process all claims via a Contingency Route.
This simply means that our teams of specialists process our cases in-house. This allows us to process your case effectively and efficiently. The entire process from start to finish could take anything between 30-150 days, which is extremely quick.
The cost to the client:
A 20% deduction of any settlement received.
"An example of our fee - Compensation Awarded is £1200, our fee is £240 plus VAT, would equal total costs to you of £282.00 Amount paid to the Client equals £918.00 "
This is simply to cover our costs incurred. This is only payable once you have received your settlement.
What if my case loses or gets rejected?
In the unlikely event of your cases losing or your complaint being rejected, you will incur no fees whatsoever.However, rest assured our specialist team aim to only pursue claims in which the outcome is almost certain, so it is extremely unlikely that your case would be taken on and then rejected.
