What’s the cost?

All claims are processed in-house by our team of experts. There are no up-front fees or administration costs whatsoever. 

The cost to the client:

A 20% deduction of any settlement received

An example of our fee - Compensation Awarded is £1,200, our fee is £240 plus VAT, which would equal total costs to the client of £282.00 Amount paid to the Client equals £918.00 

Our fee covers the costs incurred by processing your case. Our fee is only payable once you have received your settlement from your lender.

What if my case loses or gets rejected?

In the unlikely event of your case(s) losing or your complaint being rejected, you will incur no fees whatsoever. There will be no charge. However, rest assured our specialist team aim to only pursue claims in which the outcome is almost certain, so it is unlikely that your case would be taken on and then rejected.
